Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of EverPal, a phone-first AI social concierge that provides AI-assisted phone and WebRTC room experiences.
The Service
EverPal provides AI-assisted phone experiences and live WebRTC room experiences. Users may call EverPal, interact with an AI concierge, and request a one-time SMS link to join a live room.
SMS Terms
EverPal may send one-time SMS room invitation links when users request them during a phone call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No Emergency Use
EverPal should not be used for emergencies. If you believe someone may be in danger or needs urgent help, contact emergency services or an appropriate emergency responder immediately.
AI Limitations
EverPal uses AI, and AI responses may be imperfect, incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. EverPal should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use EverPal for harassment, abuse, illegal activity, spam, or attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users, service providers, or the service.
Changes and Availability
We may update EverPal or these Terms over time. We also may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for operational, safety, legal, or business reasons.
