Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how EverPal collects, uses, and protects information when people use our phone-first AI social concierge service.
The Short Version
- EverPal is a conversation service. It is not a sales call, a survey, or a place to share sensitive personal information.
- We do not sell phone numbers or conversation details, and we do not use them for sales calls.
- We use service providers to operate EverPal, including communications, hosting, analytics, and AI processing providers. They are not allowed to use EverPal information for their own marketing.
Information We Collect
EverPal collects information needed to provide the service. This may include phone numbers, call and SMS interaction data, conversation details that callers choose to share, room participation metadata, and basic usage data.
Room participation metadata may include information such as when a room is created, when a participant joins or leaves, and technical details needed to keep the room working. If you join a waitlist, request updates, or contact us by email, we may also collect your email address and the information you include in that message.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate, maintain, protect, and improve EverPal. This includes connecting callers to AI-assisted phone experiences, creating live WebRTC rooms, delivering requested communications, preventing abuse, debugging service issues, and understanding basic service usage.
We do not use this information for sales calls, and we do not sell or share phone numbers, conversation details, or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Phone numbers may be used to send one-time SMS room invitation links when users request them during a phone call.
What EverPal Will Not Ask For
EverPal is not a place to share bank details, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, passwords, home access codes, or information that requires urgent medical, legal, financial, or emergency help.
No Selling or Sales Calls
We do not sell phone numbers or conversation details, and we do not use them for sales calls.
We also do not sell or share phone numbers, conversation details, or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS Communications
Users can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Service Providers and Legal Reasons
EverPal may use service providers for communications, hosting, analytics, and AI processing. These providers are used only to operate, support, secure, and improve the service, not for third-party marketing.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect the safety and rights of users or others, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Data Protection
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet, phone, or communications service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to limit access to information to people and providers who need it to operate EverPal.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and improve EverPal, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and how it is used.
Your Choices
You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as EverPal changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and provide any notice required by law.
