This Privacy Policy explains how EverPal collects, uses, and protects information when people use our phone-first AI social concierge service.

Information We Collect

EverPal collects information needed to provide the service, including phone numbers, call and SMS interaction data, room participation metadata, and basic usage data. Room participation metadata may include information such as when a room is created, when a participant joins or leaves, and technical details needed to keep the room working.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate, maintain, protect, and improve EverPal. This includes connecting callers to AI-assisted phone experiences, creating live WebRTC rooms, delivering requested communications, preventing abuse, debugging service issues, and understanding basic service usage.

Phone numbers may be used to send one-time SMS room invitation links when users request them during a phone call.

SMS Communications

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Users can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Service Providers

EverPal may use service providers for communications, hosting, analytics, and AI processing. These providers are used only to operate, support, secure, and improve the service, not for third-party marketing.

Data Protection

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet, phone, or communications service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to limit access to information to people and providers who need it to operate EverPal.
