Built on trust, from the first hello.

Seniors deserve a service that's honest about what it is, careful with their information, and protective in ways they may not even notice. Here's how we try to earn that trust.

Honest about being AI

Our concierge always tells callers it's an AI. It never pretends to be a person, ever.

Consent before every connection

We always ask before bringing someone into a group call, or sending a text reminder.

Phone numbers stay private

Group calls never expose real phone numbers, addresses, or caller IDs.

Gentle moderation

An AI host stays in every group room, watching for unkindness or anything that crosses a line — and steps in calmly when needed.

A note on what EverPal is — and isn't

EverPal is a social companion. It's not a medical service, a financial advisor, or an emergency line. If a call touches on something serious — a health concern, a worry about money, a moment of crisis — our concierge will gently suggest calling the right people who can actually help.

We also remind callers, kindly and often, not to share private information like home addresses or payment details with people they meet in group calls.
