How EverPal works

We built EverPal around the way seniors already live — and around one truth: most loneliness doesn't wait for a scheduled video call.

    Save one number

We give your loved one a phone number to keep by the kitchen phone. That's the whole setup. No app, no account, no password.

  2. 02

They call when they feel like talking

EverPal's AI concierge picks up with a warm hello. It introduces itself honestly — it never pretends to be a person — and listens to whatever's on their mind.

  3. 03

Talk one-on-one, or join a small circle

Some days a quiet chat with the AI is plenty. Other days the concierge can connect them to a live group of up to five kind voices — or schedule one for later.

  4. 04

    Listen, or join in

Group calls are gentle by design. They can join just to listen, like sitting in on a friend's living room conversation, or share a story when they're ready.

A few things we believe

  • Human connection comes first. The AI is a bridge, not the destination.
  • Small rooms. Never more than five voices, so no one gets lost.
  • Listening is enough. No pressure to perform.
  • Consent before anything. We always ask before connecting calls or sending texts.
